The City of LA Residential Report Division (9A) is closed at least until this Thursday (12/11) due to the apartment building fire next door (see link below), and I'm told there is no alternative location to deliver to. We can still order your reports online, but be aware that there may be a delay until they are up and running as they need the seller/owners declaration with the original signature before they will release the report....
