One of my favorite parts of being a realtor is getting to work with first time home buyers! I am beyond proud of my clients. We met at an open house and set an appointment to meet at my office later that week. After sitting down and going over their goals, we made a plan to get them into their first home. They did everything they needed on their part and we were successfully able to get them into a home in just a couple months We even negotiated to have the sellers pay most of their closing costs! It was a pleasure to go on this journey with them and I love seeing the small touches they have made to the home since moving in. Congratulations

This is my client Radu. He came over to the U.S. in his early 20’s, escaping communist country (at the time) Romania. Growing up, he had watched American movies and longed to experience the American dream himself. When he arrived here, he didn’t speak English or have any family members here He had previously worked as a truck driver in Romania but no one would hire him since he didn’t have any driving experience in the United States. He found a small trucking company and conv...inced the owner to let him drive for free, just paying a small siphon for his meals. He worked a whole year for free and during that time saved up $1,500. He then used that money as a downpayment for his own truck and went to work for a big national truck company. He was finally making good money so he started buying multi-family real estate in California. Eventually, he had enough money coming in from rental income the when his son was born, he was able to quit driving cross country and stay home. I’m so touched by his story and grateful to have the opportunity to sell one of his rental properties for over 3 times what he bought it for. All the time I hear excuses from people about why they can’t go after their dreams but in the end, it really comes down to how badly you want it. DRE:02015587
