From our entire team at La Pacifica RV Park, we wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas!
Do you know what a yellow ribbon tied to a dog's collar means? Something to pass along.
There's good news for those planning to travel by RV during the holiday season: Over the coming weeks, drivers are likely to see the lowest December fuel costs in years. Already here in San Diego, we are seeing prices hover around the $2.59 mark. The Costco in Chula Vista is boasting $2.39! Check out the link below to find the lowest prices in your area.
Love wintertime camping? Great list of snow spots!
Vacationing in an RV is an excellent way to see the country without leaving the comforts of home, but it's no fun when you're not prepared.
It's time to put away the pink Flamingos and pull out the Christmas decorations!
The holidays are a time that break ins become more common. Securing your RV should be a priority. Thank you Motorhome full time!
Thanksgiving is only a few days away! Do you have a special dish that is an absolute must make for you? Here is my favorite dish of the year! Southern style ARTICHOKE & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 3 cans cut beans, drained... 2 c. Italian bread crumbs 3/4 c. olive oil 2 cans artichoke hearts, drain & save liquid 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Minced Garlic Saute garlic in olive oil. Add in the green beans and more olive oil if needed. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Drain artichoke hearts (save liquid). Cut into pieces. Add to mixture. Add liquid and more bread crumbs. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Pat with butter. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
Such an amazing photo, I had to share it.
