End of Year Sound Healing Meditation w/ Crystal bowl and Light Language transmission for the LAND Community

Los Angeles Neurodiversity 04.04.2021

For Thanksgiving, I wish to give thanks to those who have followed us and have been involved with our community during the most difficult time in modern history. Whether it is the pandemic, economic uncertainty, race relations, natural disasters, political divisions, and more, these factors have had an effect on our community in one way or another. During this time, you may have lost a job, lost someone to COVID-19, lost noteworthy celebrations, have lack of PPE, changed plans, experienced heightened hate or ignorance, etc. Despite it all, my heart and sympathies goes out to you. Just remember that you have pushed through up to this point and have tremendous strength in you to keep going. I expect nothing less of the neurodiverse community. I, and the LAND community, wish you a safe and Happy Thanksgiving #NeurodiverseStrong

Hello neurodivergents/self-advocates and families in the LA County! If you're someone who's had trouble getting PPE thus far, or know a self-advocate who's had trouble getting a hold of PPE, then you are in luck! LAND is currently hosting a PPE bag distribution that include disposable masks, cloth masks, face shield kits, disposable gloves, and hand sanitizer. This distribution is expected to go on while supplies last. To receive some PPE, please fill out a short PPE Request form by clicking below. Our leadership team will then arrange to do personal deliveries. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. We're happy to help you stay safe during this time!

Hello and it’s been a while! This is LAND Organizer Raul with an important message: If you haven't already, I strongly urge you to go out and VOTE. This election cycle will possibly be the most important election in our lifetimes, and want to make sure that the neurodiverse/self-advocate voices are counted and that you vote for propositions, local and national candidates that you believe will promote policies that most resonates with you and your loved ones. Today is the last day and there are multiple polling places open throughout LA County. If you have a mail-in ballot that you never mailed in, visit a voting center and drop it off there. If you can't visit a voting center, then drop it off at an official and legit vote drop box. Now go out and #VOTE

Over the weekend, some of our awesome LAND members made signs for a BLM protest to show solidarity with the overall movement and support those within our community who’ve struggled with racial inequality throughout their lives. All signs were donated to protesters in yesterday’s All Black Lives Matter protest in Hollywood. The fight continues! #blacklivesmatter #neurodiverseblacklivesmatter #racialjusticenow
