I wrote back telling him that I work with multiple agents and I did not know him. I will buy a house or two before I go but he will never see any commission.

There are a lot of good deals to be had in Baltimore whether you are wanting to fix and flip 9r move in ready rentals. 7222 Louise ave. Winton. New paint inside and out. newer roof. 4/2. new appliances and granite counters in kitchen and bath. New flooring througout. 4th bedroom has an outside entrance that could be converted into a studio for extra income. In an older neighborhood 1/2 block from a new sub division. almost 1500 sq. ft.

I have been working virtually with Calhoun Properties Group, LLC in Maryland since April. Also, being an investor, I now would never own a rental without a property management company. We advertise, rehab after tenants, lease, and make sure it is kept up. We also, take care of legal matters, in case you have to evict a tenant. Our owners turn it over and we do the rest. The service we provide is worth so much more than our owners pay.

Advise- Don't use home warranties. They take your money and try to wear you down, hoping they will never have to pay out on replacement of appliances. One in particular is Home Warranties of America.

One of our goals as investors is to eventually have rentals to build our passive income. In saying that as zi have worked for a property mgt. group. Some of our owner carry home warranties on their Properties. When I first started I thought this a good idea, but after 5 months of trying to get a washer stack unit replaced for a tenant to no avail, I want to add one company name you should never work with.
