Happy 5th anniversary to the 3 CA Desert National Monuments: Mojave Trails, Sand to Snow, and Castle Mountains! A great way to celebrate this anniversary is to... urge our leaders to protect public lands in the #CaliforniaDesert now and for future generations. These monuments are one piece of the public lands puzzle in the region - another is the Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan. If not stopped, the Trump administration proposed 11th-hour changes to this plan will gut protections for millions of acres of public lands in the region. While we are looking forward to continuing to make progress in this new year, particularly working with Senator Padilla and a new administration, we are reeling from the terrorizing events at our Capitol last week and the aftermath. It is important for us to recognize that our democracy is fragile and needs to be protected. We must do everything in our power to make sure we continue the fight for equity and environmental justice in our work. This is why Nature for All will continue to advocate for all for the benefits that nature can provide and to serve our communities.
