Successful Halloween Pizza Night Event at........ Lamplighter Chino!!! Thank you so much to all of our wonderful residents whom came out and joined us for "Pizza Hut" Pizza Night on us!!!... We are so happy that we were able to host this event for you during these hard times that we have all been facing due to this stressful pandemic! It was really nice getting to see everyone and for us to be able to give back and to be able to put smiles on all of your faces is priceless! * SCE POWER OUTAGE * I just contacted SCE (Southern California Edison) and they let me know that the power outage is due to the heavy high winds that we are currently experiencing and that this is an wide spread outage in our area. At this time they do not know when the power will be restored.... Thank you, Lamplighter Chino Management

To ALL: Lamplighter Chino Residents Did someone say PIZZA ?!?... Oh yes we did!!! Please join us in front of the clubhouse next Tuesday, October 27th from 5pm to 7pm for pizza night on us! Every home will recieve one large pizza and one 2 liter bottle of soda on us! If you need additional pizza and soda Pizza Hut will have it available for purchase. One large pizza is $8.00 and One 2 liter bottles of soda is $2.00 Please note that practicing 6ft Social Distancing and Face masks are required to pickup your pizza and soda on the go! Dear Residents, *** POWER OUTAGE IN THE CITY OF CHINO *** I just contacted (SCE) Southern California Edison ... and they stated that the power outage began at 4:44pm. SCE is experiencing wide spread power outage and at this time they are analyzing the problem. There repair crews have been notified. As soon as I have more information available, I will keep you all updated. Thank you, Lamplighter Chino Management

*** SCE ELECTRICITY POWER OUTAGE UPDATE *** We just went to the corner of Norton and Philadelphia Streets to speak with the SCE crew working on the power. They stated that the new estimated time to the restoring of the power will be around 4:00pm.... We are sorry for the inconvenience as this new estimated timing is completely out of our hands. Dear Lamplighter Chino Residents: ~ (SCE) Southern California Edison Electricity Planned Power Outage RESCHEDULED FOR ~ DAY: Wednesday, July 8th ... TIME: Between the hours of 9:00am to 1:00pm This is a planned power outage that comes directly from (SCE) Southern California Edison and it was mentioned to us that they will be working on the electrical system upgrading of equipment in our area. We are hopeful that this rescheduled work will be completed this time around and not be postponed again for another day. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! Lamplighter Chino Management

To all Lamplighter Chino Residents: Friendly Reminder in regards to fireworks...... Fireworks are NOT allowed in our Park as they are strictly prohibited! ... Please see the flyer in this post from the City of Chino regarding illegal fireworks as they are strictly enforcing fireworks laws and fines will be given for possession or the use of illegal fireworks. *** Electricity Power Outage Update *** I just contacted the Southern California Edison once again and the automated system stated that due to the traffic accident it has caused equipment damage. Repair crews are in the process of completing repairs and repairs may be delayed do to additional personal being needed. Now the estimated time for power to be fully restored has unfortunately been updated to 2:00am Monday.... This is very unfortunate but wanted to keep my residents updated as I got new information available to share. Sincerely, Lamplighter Chino Management

*** ELECTRICITY POWER OUTAGE *** Dear Residents: I just contacted the Southern California Edison through there automated system and the message stated that for the chino area that a power outage started at 7:31pm and that they hope to have it fully restored by 9:30pm ... It was reported to me that a car crashed into a power pole between Pipeline and Philadelphia Streets. Thank you and we regret this unfortunate inconvenience. Sincerely, Lamplighter Chino Management

Well it's offically official as April 2020 marks my 2 decades....... I'm celebrating "20" years total of working in and servicing the property management industry!!! (2000 - 2020)... My property management career all started for me when I was renting an apartment with a friend of mine and I inquired with the leasing agent at the time about her job and I told her I can see myself doing this! This looks like me and I was intrigued and the next is history! Here I am 20 years later and still going strong! I have a Double Celebration to mention too as April 2020 marks my: "11th" year of managing Lamplighter Chino!!! My gosh how time flies by so fast when you are busy working hard! Brenda thanks for being by my side through this journey with me here! I have been truly blessed all these years to be managing this beautiful park and for having top-notch residents that reside in here! I want to give a big shout out to the ownership of this park and say Thank You for trusting in me and for allowing me to manage your asset for you with such great pride for all these years! I'm appreciative and thankful! Well I guess it's safe to say that property management is definitely apart of my bloodline and God willing, I got at least another 20 more years to GO!
