He had suffered what is called PAH (paradoxical adipose hyperplasia) which is a rare complication of cool sculpting and difficult to fix. This caused the areas of fat to enlarge instead of shrinking. What is Tumescent Anesthesia? This technique is now considered the safest form of micro-liposuction because it allows the removal of large amounts of fat with virtually no blood loss.
