Each year on October 20th, it is International Chefs Day. Since its creation by the Late Chef Dr. Bill Gallagher in 2004, International Chefs Day is to celebrate this noble profession, always remembering that it is a chef's duty to pass on the knowledge and culinary skills to the next generation of Chefs with a sense of pride and commitment to the future. Our culinary team in our community features decades of combined experience in serving our residents healthy meal options,... and catering to dietary needs and restrictions. Want more information? Call us at (951)-845-2220 and ask to speak to our culinary department, we look forward to hearing from you! Uncertainty is all around us, never more so than today. These trying times can leave us feeling anxious & stressed. What we do know, is that we need to keep ourselves and others healthy. Having a strong immune system and eating stress-busting foods will help us through these challenging times. Here is a time when we can all be in this together!

The United States Navy traces its origins to the Continental Navy, which the Continental Congress established on 13 October 1775. Since 1972 each CNO has encouraged a Navy-wide celebration of this occasion to enhance a greater appreciation of our Navy heritage, and to provide a positive influence toward pride and professionalism in the naval service. Thank you to all of the men and women whom served, and those that serve our country now.
