If you are experiencing no internet connectivity, please restart your router and wait approx 15 mins. Our tech will be manually restarting everyones routers as well. We are looking into what has caused this issue as our core towers are operating and functioning as expected,. If after restarting your router you continue to have issues. Give us a call and we will gladly assist further.

We are experiencing some congestion on our rocky point tower. We have tried to switch over to our backup links to carry the load however that backup is not functioning as expected. We are working to resolve the congestion. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have an update for everyone shortly.

We need to swap out the backhaul dish going to our Piute tower in Lake Isabella. Our Lake Isabella clients may experience a slight interruption for approx 15 minutes while this unit is upgraded. This was originally planned for this evening during our normal maintenance hours however with the forecast of snow we are doing it earlier in the day. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are having an issue with our upstream provider, they are investigating the matter and will have an update for us here shortly. A plan is already in the works for a redundant bandwidth supplier to ensure everyone remains online incase of any outtages from other suppliers. We have been working diligently these past 4 months and should have this new backup live and functioning around mid April. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We had lost connection from Keyesville to Rocky Point at 12:58PM. We were able to determine the issue and were able to mitigate the matter and everyone should be back online. We have redundant backhauls that were ordered last week that will be going into place here in the very near future that will prevent this from occurring in the future. If you are still experiencing troubles, please unplug your router for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Wait 15 minutes and if you continue to experience issues, give us a call at (844) 828-5469 and we will gladly assist you further.

Due to the smoke from the surrounding fires, our solar arrays have not been charging our batteries fully. We have a generator up there now providing power, however this took a little more time than expected as we had to convert the AC power to 48v (not an easy task surprisingly lol) We will be adding AC power this week to this tower site to help alleviate the solar charging issue. Everyone should be back online and operational at this time. We may have a couple blips later th...is afternoon as we switch back over to the battery/solar array however hang in there, everything should come back up within a few moments.
