This is a process through which an ambulatory health care organization is able to measure the quality of its services and performance against nationally recognized standards. This ultimately helps our practice provide our patients with the highest standard of care, which is our priority and commitment.

Effective immediately, our office will be available only for patients requiring emergency treatment due to an infection, acute pain or facial trauma. Serious and life threatening complications can occur from untreated oral and facial infections. As an AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) surgical center, we are required to follow the highest standards of infection control every day. Our patients can be confident that we remain as diligent and committed as ever to those standards during this critical time. Please call our office for immediate assistance should you have an emergency or questions.

As uncertainty around the coronavirus increases, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our patients and employees is our top priority. We are taking the appropriate measures to help minimize all risks as much as we can for our patients and staff. We are AAAHC certified surgical centers and have the highest levels of infection control in place. We have enhanced our cleaning and infection control and continue to use universal precautions. During this time, we will... be giving our patients multiple options to be seen. First and foremost, if you are experiencing a dental emergency; such as, a tooth infection or swelling, our office will be available for you to be seen right away. Serious and life threatening complications can occur from untreated oral and facial infections. If you are a patient who is scheduled to be seen for a consultation, we are giving you the option to fill out your paperwork online or remotely in your car. Once we are ready for your appointment, we will call you to come upstairs and to be seen in a consultation room immediately.
