Who says delicious has to be difficult? An easy way to make the most out of your leftover rice is to make Korean rice balls (aka jumeokbap ). Eat more color We love this simple probiotic bowl from @naturallypoppy, which is a kimchi fried rice chock full of antioxidants & topped with veggies to make sure you get more of the good & less of the bad from your meals. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . via @naturallypoppy... Kimchi Fried Rice 4 c stir fry mixed veggies 1 bok choy, chopped 2 tsp @lahttsauce Vegan chili oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt (less or more) 2 c black rice, precooked + cold 1 c kimchi Saute mixed veggies until just tender and add in your bok choy, chili oil, and seasoning. Cool until bok choy is tender and then add in your precooked cold rice. Cook rice until it starts to sizzle.
