In January 2020, ISD Operations Service (OPS) made an assessment of the Lot 76 Parking Structure at the East Los Angeles Courthouse and determined that all four floors of the structure were in need of repairs. The metal decks and steel beams were corroded, there were pools of water due to improper sloping, and concrete was damaged along expansion joints and throughout the structure. In some places, there were cracks in the concrete more than 20 feet long. The project was completed in May. In addition to completing all the needed repairs, the structure received a new epoxy traffic coating and waterproof surface coating. Thank you OPS Staff for all the hard work you do behind the scenes to keep our County facilities safe!
