Ford is officially using McDonald's coffee bean skin in car parts. Did you know that coffee beans have skin? Coffee skins are removed before roasting the beans. Instead of simply discarding the skin, Ford wants to turn it into car parts as a sustainable way to manufacture vehicles. McDonald’s is becoming part of the automotive supply chain, providing Ford with bean skins to work into car components such as headlight housings.

There was a mix up when I took my car in and they ended up doing a oil change instead, but they were very gracious about it. Went in the next week and they hid the cables beautifully!
