We honor the life and sacrifice of Martin Luther King Jr. today, and we want to help continue to build upon his love and advocacy for education. From January 20 to 23, we will donate 10% of our collected fees to Reading Legacies (readinglegacies.org), a local non-profit that strives to have every child enjoy the experience of being read to, regardless of their economic circumstance. Surgical treatment and healing of dens-invaginitis in tooth #7

One year recall on a heroic and somewhat risky surgical treatment of an apically resorbed #20. Mental foramen only 6mm from surgical site but knowing the exact location from pre-op CBCT made the surgical approach less risky. Patient asymptomatic and happy to NOT need an implant!

Hey everyone! Who is ready for some good BBQ????? The Iron Wagon will be at 2 places this weekend! Saturday from 3 to 7 we will be at Pacific Islander Brew... Company at 8665 Argent St in Santee! 10 % of all sales that night will go to the fundraiser being held for a child with cancer! Then Sunday we will be at the Lakeside Farmers Market (corner of Los Coches and Old Hwy 8 ) from 10 to 4! We will have our normal menu along with some new items! Brisket and ribs (not new) but we will have plenty at both locations along with Smoked nachos $10 (chips, your choice of smoked meat, cheese and Jalapeños) Smoked Jalapeño poppers $1.00 each (cream cheese filled jalapeños wrapped in bacon and then smoked to perfection) And Homemade potato salad! If you are wanting a full rack of ribs please let me know. We try to have plenty but want to make sure our customers are happy!
