Six weeks post #severedtendon #handsurgery I was able to take off my cast only to be horrified that I couldn't really move any of my fingers. (I never hurt myse...lf before so I didn't know thats pretty normal) The photos to the left are from the day I took my cast off, trying my hardest to make a fist. After 4 weeks of #handrehab at LA Hand Rehabilitation, the photos to the right are where I'm at today..
