LAUNCHING OF KW4C Last February 22, Kid Watchers 4 Christ (KW4C) was launched - a district wide program offering a biblical and spiritual framework for our children’s ministry. Being another first in the district, KW4C’s mission is to lead children into a saving and growing relationship with God by educating them with the teachings of the Bible and the distinctive doctrines of the church. As we heed the Scripture’s admonition to train up a child in the path he must go, KW4C... is focusing on honing them to be future missionaries ready to go and proclaim the gospel with boldness. Through a well designed and prayed for curriculum of lessons and activities, the program will transcend traditional Sunday School routines. It envisions a holistic offering to our children, their parents, and family members enabling them to foster a learning environment as taught by the Bible. Sis. DJ Guerrero, Sacramento local pastor spearheaded this move together with other pastors. Her passion to fortify the children’s ministry started when she was given the trust to take care of Bishop Jonathan’s youngest daughter, Nicole. Since then, she saw the life changing effects of discipleship introduced in the early years of life. The proposal was submitted during the ministers’ Church Global Summit last _______ 2017. Officers in charge were chosen for the following sub districts: NorCal - Sis. DJ Guerrero, Ptr. Gemma Dela Cruz, Sis. Jackie Ferriol, Sis Verna Viray, and Sis. May shell Alfaro. SoCal - Ptr Genalyn Concepcion, and Ptr. Rowena Baniaga. Pacific North West - Sis. Mary Rose Chavez. East Coast - Sis. Erlin Robeniol. Each local church in the district is also represented by dedicated teachers who will ensure that lessons and programs will be implemented in their children’s ministry. KW4C is also a supporter of the district’s ongoing project to build the Global Missionary Center which will be the home and scholastic hub of the PMCC (4th Watch) missionaries in the United States. Out of the fundraising campaigns of KW4C, it has collected $1,000 which the group has donated for the GMC. Bishop Jonathan extended his gratitude for the group’s partnership with the district, expressed his plans of integrating KW4C initiatives with that of GMC, and prayed for the overall success of these efforts. Evangelist Leticia Ferriol, also prayed for KW4C. She is the founder of the church’s educational arm and the pioneer of the United States district. Congratulations KW4C!
