After checking the sugars today it looks like we will probably pick in two weeks. We are currently at 21 brix and are looking to get between 24 &25 when we pick. If anyone is interested in joining us when we pick and crush let me know. It is a fun and interesting process. My guess we will pick on September 15th. I will keep everyone up to date over the next couple of weeks
