Kim McCoy Wade, California’s director of the Department of Aging, will be the featured guest on state Sen. Bill Dodd's virtual town hall meeting tonight at 6pm. Others involved include Frank Nelson, regional manager of Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program, better known as HICAP; and Debbie Toth, president and chief executive officer of Choice in Aging.
