It is definitely FALL in California.... The days are sunny and gorgeous with temperatures in the 70's this week Nights and mornings are super crisp and CHILLY! A cozy blanket on the couch with a piping hot beverage in my hand is my happy place as the seasons change. Sipping something warm is so soothing for the body and soul ... My current favorite hot drink tastes like a Snickerdoodle and has soooo many health benefits including boosting your immune system and healthy gut bacteria! When you find your tribe... I am beyond grateful for the beautiful circle of women I have in my life. Friendships that are based on love and authenticity are the real deal. No room for ego or drama, just pure love and support. Those are the ones that I put my energy into. If your relationships are draining you, its time to take a deeper look at why....some people are in our lives for a season, a reason, a change or a lifetime. Its ok to let go of relationships that ...are no longer serving you. It doesn't mean that you or they are a bad person. It doesn't mean that you have to hate each other or be enemies. Maybe your relationship has served its purpose...wish each other the best and move on so that you both can be free. Remember to LOVE EVERYTHING, but be attached to nothing. Coffee Talk I LOVE the smell of fresh coffee brewing in the morning! Especially with the weather starting to cool down. I love the coziness and the warmth as I take my first sip. Two cups is my limit...otherwise I'll be shaking like a leaf I enjoy an occaisonal Starbucks, but I am happy with brewing my own pot at home. I start with a good Organic dark roast, then add a splash of almond milk and a dose of healthy hemp in Mocha or Cinnamon flavor to make it absolutely pe...rfect! This is Brandie She is a Libra like me and has been my best Friend since we were little girls. I am so grateful for our friendship because it is heart centered and pure.
