For a little over a decade, David worke...d as a full time special education teacher in the Texas public school system while auditioning and landing various roles in many Texas and Louisiana independent features. In an effort to get his name out and open the doors for future projects, David wrote, produced, co-directed and played the lead actor in "Something in the Woods" with a micro-budget. David's second feature to direct is called, "Sense of Urgency" which is released on Amazon Prime and slated for worldwide distribution. David has won various awards in screenwriting and his latest award as 'Best Actor' in the film "In Plain Sight."
