I started enforcing my client policy this year, but I was pretty lenient when it came to certain things and clients. But I am letting you all know that starting in 2019 I will be firmly enforcing my client policy. Here is my policy so you can all read it and know what is to be expected going into the new year. I am very thankful for all of your support, but I do have a business to run and in order to do that I need to enforce my policy. Dear Clients,... I value each and every one of you. When you book an appointment with me I set that time aside for you and only you so that you have my full attention. I ask that you please give me a 24 hour notice if you are not able to make it to your appointment. If you do not give me a 24 hour notice I will require a 50% no show/no call cancellation fee before booking your next appointment. If given a 24 hour notice I am able to try to fill that appointment spot. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you have not let me know you are running late. I might not be able to get you in based on my schedule that day. New color clients will be required to put down a deposit that will go towards your overall service cost. As a professional I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I feel necessary. I will not be giving any refunds. Please remember that I work by APPOINTMENT ONLY and I will do my best to fit people in when they ask, but I can’t always make it happen. Thank you for you choosing Hair by Karissa.
