I love seeing a project through from the start to the end, and this one's no exception. I designed the t-shirts, spent the last 2 days on Catalina Island photographing them, and now i'm starting to put together the store product catalog to help increase sales even further! #lovewhatyoudo #livewhatyoulove
A little background: Almost 8 years ago I left the UK and traveled to California on a Work and Travel Visa for the Summer. It was a life-changing experience for me and if I never did so I would be living a very different life to the one I have today. And now, 8 years later, i'm marketing to people who are in the same position I was, 8 years ago, to also embark on a life-changing adventure. And what you probably didn't know, is that I interview and hire (or decline) them all, too. I am beyond grateful that this opportunity presented itself and got me to where I am today. And with that, I too am overwhelmed with my amazing clients who give me continued work and trust me to maximize their business to its full potential! I have been bombarded with work over the past few months and am forever grateful to all of you!

One of the (many) joys of my job, is being able to create something special for someone. Whatever the meaning, being a part of someones journey and giving meaning to something, totally makes my day. A few months ago I was approached by my cousin to design her wedding invitations. Having spent many sleepless, but joyous nights on my wedding invitations a couple of years ago, I was absolutely delighted to be able to create something special for her and her soon-to-be husband. ...Designing wedding invitations has always been something i've been keen to start up as a true business, but my freelance design business leaves very little room for side projects these days (not that i'm complaining). With that said, this was such a fun project and they loved the end result! You can read more about it on her blog: http://somethingdefinitelyhappened.com//inviting-invitati/ And there's a little Q&A with me snuck in there, too (if you want to get to know me a little better).
I had so much fun with this one. The client needed a reference manual that could be used as a quick reference guide for the new Ice Cream / Starbucks store. I took what was otherwise bland information to create something engaging and appealing. In addition; the reference manual is easier to navigate through when needed. Another happy client!
Who said monthly reports need to be boring?
