We apply medium pressure and can expose a muscle more by stretching one side with your hand and the other with a bit tilted head.... 2 Downward strokes: Used for de-puffing the face, opening the lymph channels that go down through the neck. We apply featherlight pressure and go from the ear to collarbone with an added vibration at the bottom. You can totally combine both techniques, I advise always starting with lymphatic drainage and then adding lifting later on. And don’t forget - we always work with the oil. Not a moisturizer, not a dry skin, but an oil. You can always find an appropriate type of oil for your skin, even if you have acne.
