Asymmetrical April Asymmetry is the name of the game for the month of April! Asymmetrical or Unilateral training has been found to be more effective for rehabilitation and strength because when you train one side of the body, you also stimulate the opposite side. By doing this you are cross educating your muscles and brain! Studio Update! Orange County remains in the "Purple Tier" which is the most restrictive tier for businesses, however, the COVID numbers are starting to go down. Konnect Pilates Management has been working behind the scenes in anticipation of reopening soon! We are excited to get back into the studio for in person private sessions and group reformer classes. We don't have a timeline, but once we get word from the State & County that we are moving into the "Red Tier" we... will be able to quickly pivot to a hybrid studio where in studio classes and online classes will be available. We are hopeful to be back in person soon and will continue to provide studio updates as we learn more. Thank you! The Konnect Pilates Team
