SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! We are opening for lunch hours! This will be a soft lunch opening for 2 weeks on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11am-2pm and Dinners 5pm-9pm. Fridays and Saturdays will be open 4pm-9pm for 2 weeks and then we will open for lunch 11am-2pm and for dinner 5pm-9pm. We will be open ALL day on Saturdays 1pm-9pm once we start the Friday and Saturday changes in a few weeks. ... We will also be making some changes and taking off the pork shoulder but we will be adding a sous vide chicken chasu for the Paitan and the rice bowls. We can't wait for you to come in for lunch! Here's my take for the #howdoyoutopramen Chief Noodle Officer contest for @originaltopramen and @chefmelissaking This was a triple double themed dish. Surf n turf, sweet and spicy and Japanese and Korean. Marinated rib eye steak in @konfuciouseats Korean BBQ sauce and a spicy Korean marinade for the shrimp. Yakisoba was the inspiration for the dish so using the seasoning packets in both the beef and shrimp flavors I made a @originaltopramen teriyaki sauce. Soy sauce, wat...er, brown sugar, mirin, sake and the beef and shrimp seasoning packets. Thickened with a slurry. THIS WAS SO GOOD! The teriyaki glaze was nice and sweet with that signature Top Ramen flavor. One of the most fun I've had with a contest. #howdoyoutopramen #konfuciouseats See more

While in Sacramento yesterday with @aperture_technology. I wanted something different than the usual Korean bbq. Crawfish and shrimp sounded good but 2 places were shut down but ended up going to @rockincrawfishsac. What a great surprise! I ordered the shrimp and mussels with a side of garlic noodles. Everything was really good great flavors and even though it was pretty spicy it had great flavor!
