Kappa Omicron Nu (KON) Honor Society (CSULB chapter)

Attention members, this message is regarding Regalia orders. If you were unable to place your order before the deadline, May 1st, then you were unable to order regalia for graduation. We placed as many orders as we received payment for in advance, so if you missed the deadline but would still like to order regalia, you will have to do that from the national organization website. IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER FOR REGALIA:... I have just received an email with the UPS delivery notification that the regalia has arrived. Therefore, tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday 5/14, you can pick your regalia order up in the FCS building downstairs. After Tuesday and Wednesday, you will need to pick them up in the FCS main office by Friday May 16th at 4:45pm at the latest. I will be emailing everyone with more information but just to give you all a little bit of notice, so you know the status of your regalia order. Are you graduating?? Don't forget to place your regalia order forms and full payment to the KON mailbox no later than May 2nd, 2014 at 4:00pm. We will accept cash or check in the KON mailbox. We have to send our orders in to National by May 2 to be sure everything arrives in time for graduation. Therefore, we will not be accepting any orders after May 2!... Cords and Medallions are $15 each, however if you would like to buy both, it is $25 for both. Order forms can be found via the email which was sent out by Ladan on April 17th. If you are having trouble receiving emails, order forms are also posted on our bulletin board in the FCS building, please feel free to take one. Congratulations, grads!

Attention Kappa Omicron Nu members! Please join us Thursday, May 1st (5-6pm in FCS 108) for our Spring Social Mixer. This will be KON’s last event of the semester and a really fun way to maintain active membership. Food and beverages will be provided. There will also be an opportunity drawing so you definitely do not want to miss out on this event!... Also, if you are graduating this semester we will be taking pre-orders for your Kappa Omicron Nu Regalia. Don't miss out; you deserve to be honored for your academic achievements!! For those who received invitations, remember that the deadline for registration for this spring initiation will be today by 4:30pm in the Kappa Omicron Nu mailbox in the FCS office.

Are you competitive? Are you good at making money? Do you like a good challenge? I CHALLENGE YOU to sign up for Relay for Life with Kappa Omicron Nu (KON) Honor Society (CSULB chapter) on April 18-19th from 6pm-6pm. We don't just want you, we need you! We need our fabulous members to come out and rock this event with us officers because 24 hours might feel like a lot but we are out there raising money to FIGHT CANCER!! You can volunteer for as little as a 2 hour shift or sta...y the entire time. The choice is yours.
