I don't usually post this type of message, but It amazes me that you or I would be arrested on the spot if a video similar as the one that I have attached, surfaced, yet the two officers are on a paid vacation while the powers that be try to do damage control and attempt to spin this clear case of at minimum second degree manslaughter.
