We are proud to partner with Lewis Builders on a historic home renovation on Belden Road in Monterey. It is now owned by Stanford University and converted into student housing for the local marine research classes. Knapp was commissioned to make the cabinets for all 4 kitchens on the property, as well as all of the vintage window sashes & frames for this project. We worked with a local artist from Carmel Valley to source the period correct colored glass for the window accents. These are book shelves and lower cabinets that we built for a client in Pacific Grove in December. It was installed by Mark Porch of Porch Construction. We are fortunate to work with some of the most talented contractors in the area. The client did not hesitate to populate it with his prolific book collection. Progress on a custom wine cabinet. These maple drawers are mounted on slow close slides and less finish to give them a more natural look and feel. With 50 drawers like this in the cabinet that we are making from hemlock and maple, the customer will have storage for 350 bottles.

Need a custom or unusual door? No problem. We made this Dutch style door for a Carmel resident. The split is higher than normal to better match the exterior style of the house and other doors inside. The customer is thrilled with how it came out.
