We really want you guys to be able to train today so we are making the following changes to the Zoom schedule for today 12/28: . 5:00pm SAC . 6:00pm KM ALL LEVELS (previously KM Advanced) . 7:00pm Combos and Conditioning . Active HQ Training Center members will receive the links to these classes via email and can follow regular procedures for registering and joining the classes.
