Another project in the books, fully striped roof, repaired the rotted wood, replaced all of the sheeting on the flat roof. And topped it off with nice 50 year comp roof. Tough project with 28’ of valleys and 260 LF of hips and ridges, 700 sf of torch down flat roof. One more roof this year and we get to rest for two weeks before the next project starts, a commercial TI in downtown Stockton.

From foundation to sheeting, KLR has moved this project through all phases. Framing is done, Rough plumbing is done, rough electrical is close, mechanical is next. Roofing starting Thursday, Insulation and Sheetrock to start next week. Hopefully complete in 30 days or so. We are pleased to help this nice couple get their dream home completed.!!

Pour Day, 23 yards and all of the hard work paid off. Pour went great.

Day one: was grading. Day two: finish grading the start forms. Day three: on an 80’ long retaining wall project. Next steps finish rebar, form the inside form, install wall penetrations then shore it up and prepare for concrete. This is a fun but tiring project.
