Listening to (2) beautiful souls laughing in the pool tonight. My son (trans) and his friend (non-binary). They are kind, loving and authenic. Love this generation and what they are doing in the world. We dont have to worry about these 2. I feel very lucky.

I have always tried to be happy and full of joy at work. I know others haven't liked it because they weren't happy. They wanted to bring me down and I remember being called flippant. Ha!!! The gift of owning my business I could change this mindset. Share a positive mindset with my employees and they ultimately everyone could feel inclusive and trust their environment was safe. Why is it so hard to have boundaries? Remember it starts with you honoring your own boundaries. Slow down and put the oxygen mask on yourself first. This reminder is for me too!!!

Transform? Is that a scary word? If yes, then you are in the right place. I have transitioned my life after: 1.) My divorce 2.) My child's cancer ... 3.) Many changes in careers It's a process to tranform and a acceptance factor. A lot of us go into guilt and victim mode. It's easy to go this direction, but it never helps you transform into the person you want to be. You can work with me in many ways. The passive way is to join my 2 groups. Have you ever said "I woke up on the wrong side of the bed?" Well let's be honest....that's all in your head. Another stinkin thinkin thought. So how do we change our thoughts? 1. Put on happy/positive music to you! I have a list of positive music on my spotify channel. I'll put link in comments so you can subscribe.... 2. LAUGH: Find a comedy channel on a podcast or find someone who is funny on Youtube. 3. Go for a walk and again turn your head off. Listen to the music/funny channel. 4. Help Someone: Once you see others who are homeless, handicapped, or in the hospital. You will realize your thoughts are very MINOR. 5. Affirm that you are in a Good Mood. Now negative thoughts happen even to me, but when I distract in a healthy way I WIN the DAY !!! If you feel this pandemic has twisted your mind and you can't get out of your funk....then you need a coach. I promise within a couple sessions you will see your triggers and be a new person soon. My 2021 affirmation...all is well

Happy Holiday Hugs...I'll be giving out hugs 2021 after I am vaccinated. Please stay safe and healthy. We are almost at the finish line if we stay in and wear a mask.

I am going to share my steps in why its important to keep a gratitude journal. IT will help you change your mindset in 2020. Sharing more of these ideas in the next 30 days. Who is open to this idea? Say "yes" or "me" or "Lets do this kk" in the comments.
