Managed to close this escrow right before the close of this crazy year. I had the pleasure of selling this house to these Sellers a few years back, I stayed in touch and got to enjoy watching them make it home and bring their son into the world within its walls, and then help them to sell it for $52,000 above their asking price in 6 days. I love the journeys I get to partake in with my clients and I’m so happy for not only my amazing Sellers but also for the new Buyers who now get to make it their own.
