Today’s workout - Started with stretch (4-5min) Then follow by core 3 rounds ... 30 seconds working 10 seconds resting Warm up 3 rounds 45 seconds working 15 seconds resting Workout 1.chair dip (as many reps as possible) 60 seconds 2.Romanian deathlift *use anything you have that’s heavy this exercise I use a propane tank and then body weight 3.one leg chair step up 40 seconds each leg (18-20 reps) try to slow down on this movement 4.goblet squat 18 reps (35 seconds) I use propane tank for one set and body weight for the last few sets 5.push up and rotation 10 reps (40 seconds) if you can do a push up alternate with knee pushups Check out the live video for the exercise Sorry connection was weak!
