Farm update: The beautiful weather has pushed our cover crop to bloom. This means it is about time to mow it down and start setting up rows! We also took out the willow trees in our east field so we can plant even more delicious veggies this year. Our caterpillar tunnel is creating a foggy microclimate with the warm soil. Our flock of baby chickens aren’t so little anymore and should start laying eggs in a few months.
