At Nanyang we also cater parties or corporate events. For each event we create a custom menu (at times with dishes not on offer in our standard menu). For a recent seven course meal, you are looking at the third course: Otak Otak Fish Cake, Grilled Pork Satay Madura on rice cubes with our spicy peanut sauce. Yum!

Our famous Singaporean Laksa. It is cooked with home-blended spices, with no curry paste or MSG. The picture is of our 100% vegetarian version (with/without egg) - though my non-veg friends tease me that Laksa without shrimp is not real Laksa! :)
