If you haven't tried our spicy mushroom sandwich yet you're in for a world of flavor. Smoky marinated portobellos are layered with creamy porcini cashew cheese by @blodekuh, spicy calabrian pepper spread, toasted pine nuts, arugula, basil, tomatoes, and grilled red onion on our house made focaccia (contains gluten). Tikka Mushroom Tacos! Enjoy cremini & oyster mushrooms with poblano potato mashed potatoes on @kerneloftruthorganics corn tortillas. Treat yourself with pancakes! We make ours from oat, corn, and buckwheat flour and top them with toasted maple coconut and berries. They're bound with flax, sweetened with maple, and we use coconut oil in the batter making them always vegan and gluten free using only quality ingredients!

Thursday and Friday we’ll be open from 5-8pm and you can order a full Vegan Yellow Curry Dinner for 2 that also includes: Cilantro Lime Rice, Tofu Satay, Cucumber & Raw Cauliflower Salad with a Chili Lime Dressing, Mint Chutney, and Two Coconut Mango Trifles. Everything is Gluten-Free and easily made Nut-Free (as they are only found in separately packaged sauces). Have our tried our vegan banh mi? It's a favorite with our regulars! You'll love our house-made lentil/walnut/miso pâté with lime herb mayo, pickled veggies, golden raisins, coriander seeds, and fresh herbs on our freshly baked baguette. This one is full of flavor with a kick from fresh jalapeños! Let us know how you like it!

Our raw pesto and kelp noodle salad can be found in our Grab 'n Go fridge when you need a quick lunch or dinner! Kelp noodles are delicious, Whole30 friendly (in fact this whole dish is!), and have a unique silky texture with a bite. Our pesto is made with copious amounts of lemon, basil, walnuts, and nooch. Arugula adds a nice peppery bite that always compliments tomatoes and pesto.

Our savory maple tempeh "bacon." It's a process to make and you can taste every step. Take home a tray of 16 slices and enjoy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (You can even freeze slices for later!) Simply sear it in a pan and enjoy! Pick up in our deli (only a few left!)
