The final weekend of my "Ten Years In Yosemite" exhibit is this weekend! If you get some time, and you happen to be in Sacramento, come check out the show at V...iewpoint Photographic Art Center. They are open Noon - 5pm today and tomorrow. The photo here, "Lupines In Smokey Sunrise, Wawona" is on display and is a great representation of Northern California spring wildflowers in 2021. Although I haven't seen it yet, apparently the wildflowers are amazing this year! Thanks again to all the collectors who picked up prints at the Viewpoint exhibit. With Ten Years In Yosemite just over half way through its residency at Viewpoint Photographic Art Center, it has been a success so far. The center says they’v...e had the most per-day visits since the more restrictive COVID visiting hours were implemented. Even better - I’ve sold 6 prints...two of which are from one of my biggest prints, Milky Way Over The Cathedral Range. The pic here shows the two red sold dots on the print’s label. A big shout out to my collectors! I’m back in Sacramento today and tomorrow at my Viewpoint Photographic Art Center exhibit, Ten Years In Yosemite. I’ll be there from 12 - 5pm to answer questi...ons and tell stories about the photographs. One section is devoted to my palladium prints. Kerik Kouklis got me turned on to this process a few years back and I’ve been incorporating these prints into my repertoire ever since. Illuminated Mist, Bridalveil Fall is one of the highlights of the Palladium section. Check out the video here of the initial washing process, after the print has undergone UV development.
