We will start by introducing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 2004 (IDEA) and the laws and rights that are derived from it. We will then walk through the steps that families need to take to obtain an IEP for their child. Lastly, we will focus on the planning and implantation of the IEP. UCLA UniCamp's After-School Program

Free virtual program: Al Spectra Bootcamp This program is designed specifically for young women and non-binary students (6th to 9th grade) to explore applications of Artificial Intelligence at the intersection of the sciences and humanities. The program is open to all students in the United States and is in partnership with LITAS Learn for girls and National Center for Women in Technology (NCWIT). The boot camp includes hands-on activities in the following areas (Introduction to AI, AI and Art/Music, AI and Fashion, and AI in the Environment) and a panel consisting of various speakers currently working in AI and STEM.
