It's all about short-burst interval training to get your heart pumping & rev up your metabolism. This class that will utilize simple but effective exercises to give you a full-body strength & cardio workout. Your mind & body are constantly challenged to adapt, minimizing boredom & fitness plateaus. Class is open to ALL LEVELS!
