So true! Find a few movements at a time to work on and then add repetitions and weights to achieve your goals! #Repost @gaithappens with @make_repost Human brains love repetition. I was referred to @corkinetic and Ben Cormack mentioned a term called ‘movement snacks’. I LOVE THIS. We don’t eat once a day, nor should we sit at a desk all day, do our exercise ‘homework’ once a day and expect something miraculous to happen. We need to snack on movement. Make it easy for the patient to be compliant. Trickle in movement through out the day and watch some beautiful things happen.
