With gratitude and sadness: Six years ago we went to install furnaces at a dog rescue. Our lives were forever changed. We ALL fell in love with the same giant bull dog. The one with the sad eyes and scars over his whole body. Rooney When we left that job he jumped in the truck with us and became our sweet mascot. Life had dealt him every bad hand from allergies to car accidents to cruelty. He had no idea how to be part of a pack, or a family. But he learned and it thrille...d him. He loved going to Kilowatt, patrolling the yard, and greeting the guys. He would sit in Joe's truck for hours while we worked. At home, he was happy to roll in the grass and play with his sisters, Poppy and Sally. At first he sat in a big cage in the middle of the living room watching them play and snarling when they came close. Eventually he saw that toys are more fun when shared, he surrendered his fear and became the gentle king of his own happy pack. His humble acceptance of everything life offered, good or bad, was an inspiration. Rooney you're a legend. Thank you for blessing us with your lion-hearted self. Thanks for the great google review Lindsey! I just purchased a townhome back in September and knew I was going to be needing some upgrades. I did my own research and found Kilowatt online and decided to give them a call. I recognized their building as I pass it on Sepulveda so I knew they had to be reputable. My unit was old and it was recommended that I repair it. I went with their recommendation and I am so happy. They installed a brand new unit on my roof and took care o...f everything with the crane company. The air and heat didn’t flow to my downstairs and they installed new vents and fixed the ducting. My unit is also so much quieter now!!! Joe, Armando, and Jose made this job look easy. They were so clean and friendly the entire time they were in my home. They installed this wifi thermostat too!! I can control the temperature when I am out and about and even program different settings. So cool!! I wanted to upgrade my light switches and outlets and they were able to assist. They made sure everything was properly grounded and replaced the plates and installed dimmers on some lights at my request. My GFI panel was not correctly labeled and they let me know that I should fix that too. They gave me a new panel and labeled everything so I know what each switch controls. I am so happy I went with kilowatt and I’m looking forward to having them here for my maintenance when it’s time.
