Kent as we closed on our 49 unit apartment building in Topeka, Kansas. ...Now comes the heavy lifting as we rehab the property. Our goals are to make money, provide a great home to a deserving family and enhance the city of Topeka in a small way. To say this is scary and exciting at the same time would be an understatement but I believe the four of us can pull this off and provide a legacy for our families.
