While tending to some flowers on the farm today I noticed these beauties gaining some size. Did you know that the word pomegranate means apple with many seeds?! Those seeds make-up a healthy delicious super fruit! We like to add those succulent seeds to salads dressed with our awesome extra virgin olive oil. It sure is warming up in Paso Robles! Our young olives are loving the warm sun and gusty breeze. They are now entering into the "pit hardening" stage of their growth. After this stage the olive start accumulating the oil we all know and love.
