Beginning in February 2021, Tiger’s Cage Kenpo will be offering outdoor martial arts (bootcamp) classes in W. Roseville for kids, teens and adults in a family style workout. Students learn American Kenpo Karate, Kickboxing, Self-Defense and Conditioning. Students will learn techniques in kicking, punching, blocking, forms, sparring & street self-defense. This class is for all levels and ages. We will be social distancing and keeping it safe by exercising outside at Elliott Park (1421 Cushendall Dr.). Classes will be avail Monday-Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm starting Monday Feb 1st 2021. Call or text 408-605-9775 to make your reservation.
