Red Bird Rocks! Watching this makes me want to order one (two, three?) of everything!

Tony G makes his pizza with Tony Gemignani Type 00 flour by Central Milling! Tony worked with Keith to come up with the blend and it is a staple in our line of flour products.

I think we like bread... does anyone else have the burning desire to buy more bread even though you bake your own at home, or work?!?! Toast, avocado toast, sandwiches, it’s hard to not just eat it as it’s own meal!

Just for kicks we made a 3 lbs. loaf of Cranberry Sourdough!! It is killer on its own, as toast, and not surprisingly a delicious twist to our Lemon French Toast recipe! Who’s excited for a Cranberry Sourdough Batard in their January Bread Club box!?! It also comes with 2 baguettes and a round.
