Kevin Hylander welding, fabrication and manufacturing

12 inch channel x 5/16 inch thick bumper, 3 inch x 3 inch x 1/4 inch thick angle attachment flange and same material used to make reinforcement gussets, reinforced frame to handle weight, cut access hole in frame to weld internal nuts for attaching bumper, then welded access hole and reinforced with 3 inch x 3 inch x 1/4 inch angle. Incorporated attachment for existing skid plate and added additional skid plate on bumper. All built to customer specifications.

6 inch channel x 3/16 inch thick bumper, 3 inch x 3 inch x 1/4 inch angle attachment flanges, angles cut bent and welded together with end caps. All MIG welded together.

3 inch OD at .07 wall thickness Air cleaner to air intake union with a 1 inch OD at 3/16 thickness power steering vacuum nipple, TIG.

I made a removable support beam for a lumber rack. MIG welded. 1in. X 2in. top bar, 1in. X 1in. 45 deg. angle gussets, all at .090 thickness, and 3/8 thick slip plates on the ends.

Convertion. Boat trailer into flatbed trailer car hauler. MIG, 1/4 inch steel. Phase one.

Aluminum boat .090" thickness, most with cover plates. Start to finish 10 holes patched.
