I was at my heaviest for the 2nd time after I had my daughter and in October 2016. . . (Left pic) was taken May 2017, I lost weight after taking that pic. I managed to get down to 175 and just fluctuated between 175-180lbs until July 2018 when I began keto . . . (Right pic) was taken last week, I went through my drawers trying to find the same clothes I had taken a before picture in. Not only share but to help remind me how far I have come . . . I have been struggling this month and needed to see the change side by side to remind myself that this is a process and it takes time! . . .
