Happy New Year, Ya'll!! After a much needed hiatus, I wanted to come back with a fun little tool I managed to score for my birthday a blip ago. Shout out to @mooreaseal who has created a beautiful and thoughtful book of lists to help us slow down a bit and think about self care, patterns (serving and otherwise), and more. This week I've randomly chosen list 15: List the Things You Want to Say No To. Wow. That's something! :) I appreciate the subtext of not just including... commitments, per se, but things like fear and worry! Namaste, Moorea! And, Namaste, all of you! I liked this. I've struggled to feel like I'm not doing enough at times or like I can't say no or cancel things when it comes down to my own well being. I've also found it true though for myself that when I have cut out my overcommittments my body and soul always respond with a sigh of relief even if my head dialogue disagrees temporarily. It's okay to take care of yourself.

Inhale. And, exhale. Repeat.
