Patients who are fully vaccinated, doesn’t give you the green light to brush off safety precautions. While you may be highly protected from getting sick with COVID-19, you still might be able to spread it to others if you get infected. Remember: the vaccine doesn’t infect you, it helps train your system to recognize and fight the virus. So everyone will still need to wear a mask, wash hands, social distance, and do all the safety precautions. We ask all of our patients to answer the COVID-19 questions upon signing in for your allergy injection(s). This will help our staff locate your vials more efficiently.

PORTERVILLE For all our porterville patients 65 + interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine it is now available in the following local pharmacies.

Kern Allergy Medical Clinic is pleased to welcome Gladys Moreno, FNP, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Raised in Porterville and a graduate of Porterville High School (Go Panthers!) Gladys has strong connections to the Central Valley. As a resident of Bakersfield, CA., Mrs. Moreno graduated from California State University Bakersfield and completed both her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and her Master Degree of Science in Nursing, as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Moreno is bilingual and is now accepting new patients, but is also excited to serve both Kern and Tulare counties.
